Meditation

THIS IS A SERVICE FOR MEN & WOMEN

Meditation is relaxing the body and calming the mind. It means "mindfulness” which is paying attention to the present moment with an open non-judgmental attitude. You will go from a "doing mode” into a “being mode”.

Not only is meditation an easy and effective way to help us meet the demands of our fast-paced lifestyles, but it can also help us to be the best version of ourselves.

 

Our bodies store vast reservoirs of peace and presence, they exist within each of us no matter how chaotic things may seem on the surface of our lives.
