At the beginning of a healing session which lasts approximately one hour I will ask appropriate questions to get an understanding of what it is you are wanting to achieve during this time, short term and long term goals and recent medical history. You will then lay on a massage table fully clothed in a very relaxed and safe environment and I will be using light or near-body touch. I may incorporate essential oils, reiki, healing touch, kinergetics (specifically muscle testing) crystal light torch and/or crystals, any one of these modalities can be used as a stand alone treatment or can be used in conjunction with another. I connect with my heart space and divine source to receive guidance as to what will benefit the client during the session to assist with their emotional, mental and/or spiritual body, healing is a very personal journey so no two sessions are alike. I intuitively hand scan for areas within and around the body that may need reenergising, revitalizing, unblocking or cleansing and choose the best modality to benefit you in boosting your energy system. During this time you may experience falling asleep, the feeling of warmth, tingling sensations, happiness or sadness, it is a time for releasing any negative energies so please understand this is a positive reaction. At the conclusion of the treatment I will talk with you and also give you 'tools' so you can move forward with positivity, courage and strength. After a treatment it is highly recommended that you drink the daily recommended amount of water for a couple of days to flush away any toxins or unwanted energies that may have been released and to take care of yourself while your body continues to release and heal.
